Good news, everybody! THE VEIN #1, written by me (that's right, I'm the author of a horror/science fiction comic book...now c'mon, Hollywood, HIRE ME), is now available for you to own! Yay! It only took FOREVER. Sorry. It turns out our brave, experienced editor had a very difficult time editing the grammar, punctuation, and spelling within the comic book. He even added mistakes, which is actually the opposite of what an editor should do. High school GED's are not worth what they used to be. Sorry. Another editor was hired, she fixed all the mistakes, and now your copy will be as accurate and reliable as an Oxford Dictionary. We promise.

Some more gory glory from a comic that keeps it bloody funny.
THE VEIN is a comic book about T, a young man going to community college surrounded by psychologically abusive friends and family that take social bullying to a level you haven't see since high school, or your last white collar job working for a corporation where HR takes pride in how many former employees end up in LPS facilities. Why does he socialize with these people?
T shows The Great Mutato how good Earthlings get things done...
It all changes when T meets an alien life form from another dimension and travels across space and time, traversing galaxies and into dimensions humanity never dreamed of. It's out there, hunted by an enemy he doesn't understand, working for somebody he barely knows, where T learns to stand up for himself while he fights enemies beyond rational explanation to save his world from a threat modern science never thought possible. Not bad for a character that's a cool combination of SPIDER-MAN and VENOM, with some DOCTOR WHO thrown in (plus those old skool ARCHIE comics!). Oh, and THE THING. By John Carpenter. With THE BEYOND, by H.P. Lovecraft, included for more fun.
You'll love the art even more when you read the conversation I wrote!
